Rezabal Txakoli white is a bone-dry, crisp wine with natural effervescence. Aromas of intense citrus fruits, green apple, bright acidity and delicate salinity.The Hondarrabi Zuri grapes are hand-harvested and fermented and aged in stainless steel vats, which are kept to near-freezing temperatures before bottling. The Atlantic ocean breezes that cool the nighttime temperatures, build the salinity in the profile and help preserve the grapes' acidity.
