Bonnet-Huteau Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine Les Gautronnières Sur Lie

Bonnet-Huteau Les Gautronnieres Muscadet is a stunning dry white wine that expresses tension between the mineral, acidic, and floral-fruity threads. Notes of wet stone, guava, and white floral dominate, and the aging sur lie gives in a bit of texture and hint of yeast or dairy that works in harmony with the rest of the palate. The wine was made with minimal intervention, fermented in stainless steel and aged in concrete. The winery is biodynamic certified, and has been in operation since the 1850s.
