Notes of lime-soaked gravel, Asian pear and white blossoms. Crisp white wine, perfect for the sweltering summer heat. The grapes were picked early to preserve acidity, and malolactic fermentation was prohibited for the same reason. Fermented in stainless steel, and aged on the lees for four months also in stainless steel.
