Cantina Bolzano St. Magdalena Schiava

Cantina Bolzano's Schiava is a light-bodied red that can be chilled to highlight its bright, vibrant acidity. Notes of red cherry and raspberry mingling with wisps of floral and marzipan characteristics stretch to the well-rounded finish of vibrance a light silky tannin. A small amount of Lagrein is added to give this depth and character. The Schiava and Lagrein grapes are harvested and fermented together; the maturation occurs in large, wooden casks.
