Rocamadre Criolla Valle de Uco

Rocamadre Crilla, from the Valle de Uco in Argentina, is a dry red wine that expresses bright red fruits like pie cherries, strawberries, and forest berries, complemented by quince, mineral undertones, and a tinge of spice. It's a light-bodied wine that can be chilled, the acidity is plentiful, and the finish features soft, subtle tannin. The Criolla grapes are fermented and aged in a combination of concrete and used barrels.
