Charles Gonnet Vin de Savoie Mondeuse

Charles Gonnet Mondeuse is a rich and lively dry red wine that is a balance of flinty smoke with dark cherries, violet, black pepper, and brambly fruit; alpine notes and medium tannins meander along the refreshingly acidic palate. The wine ages for 5 months on the fine lees to build texture, before resting in the bottle. Serve with a light chill.
