Charles Smith Blossom Fury Riesling 2024

Charles Smith's Blossom Fury Riesling is a dry white wine whose aromas are expressive of peach, apple, and cherry blossoms. The palate features white peach, orange blossom, green apple, and wet slat along a spine of striking acidity. A light hint of residual sugar from an arrested fermentation makes this off-dry, and a perfect wine for spicy fare. The grapes were pressed whole cluster in stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Aging also occurred in stainless steel tanks.

Food Pairing: spicy Asian dishes, fish, sushi, vegetable dishes.
