Corteaura Franciacorta is a dry sparkling wine that is 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Aromas of pastry are made more decadent with the palate that features light fruit amid vanilla notes. The first fermentation was in stainless steel in controlled temperatures, and then it aged for 30 more months in the bottle on the lees.
