Domaine des Moriers's Beaujolais-Villages 2022 already shows aging depth, the vibrant acidity of the Gamay grape settling into the lush silky tannins. Notes of dark fruit meander and linger among rustic cranberry expressions, and some mineral influence from the concrete vat aging giving it a light steel backbone. The vinification occurred in 70% concrete vats and 30% used oak barrels.
