End of Nowhere Phantom Limb Zinfandel is a juicy, chillable dry red wine from the Zinfandel grape. The palate shows dry jammy characteristics, candied fruit (think fruity, sugar free jolly ranchers), purple grapes, cherry, blueberry, and a tinge of black pepper spice. The grapes fermented whole cluster through carbonic maceration, allow the wine to build a fruity profile. The wine then ages for a year in neutral French oak.
