Francesco Rinaldi Roussot Dolcetto D'Alba

Francesco Rinaldi's Roussot Dolcetto D'Alba is a dry red wine that is a balance of rustic and fruit-forward–bright, dried lilac petals, green herbs, red cherry rushing the palate. Hints of dark fruit and violet leaf line the peripheral palate, while silky tannin and vibrant acidity rush along the finish. The grapes were fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel with 15 days of skin contact and gentle pump overs to control tannin development. The aging also occurs in stainless steel to preserve the aromatics and fruit-forward characteristics.
