Giordano Lombardo Gavi di Gavi San Martino

Giordana Lombardo's Gavi di Gavi is a dry, aromatic, and crisp white wine from the Gavi del Comune di Gavi in Piedmont, Italy. Its persistent aromas are delicate and elegant–a bouquet of fresh hay, acacia flowers, citrus blossom, yellow apple, rosemary, thyme, and beeswax. The harmonious palate is crisp and supple, with a chalky undertone weaving below lemon-lime zest and a clean, savory finish. The grapes experienced a short maceration on the skins, with aging 5-8 months on the fine lees in stainless steel, followed by 3 months of aging in the bottle.
