JB Neufeld Red Wine Yakima Valley 2023 is a dry red wine that features fragrant aromas of vanilla and hazelnut followed by blueberries, violet, lavender, and wild herbs. The dominant notes on the palate are plum and dark fruit accented by dried herbs, mint, and structuring tannins. Merlot is the dominant grape in this blend, comprising half of it. The wine was aged in neutral French oak. Minimal intervention by Justin Neufeld allows the grapes' characteristics to sing in this beautiful wine.
