Les Vins Pirouettes Alsace Éric Litron BLanc 2024 is a dry natural white wine that has a natural musk on the nose that's balanced by a well-rounded and nuanced palate: dry magnolia petals emerging with ample citrus, white peach, green apple, and some melon notes. The wine has a silky texture intertwining with bright acidity. The grapes were direct pressed and spent 8 months aging in concrete tanks, inox, and stainless steel tanks. It was bottled unfiltered and unfined.
