Olivero Mario Fontanassa Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2021 is a dry red wine whose aromas are dominated by cherry and fresh violet and layered with fine spicy undertones. The palate expresses rich red fruit structured by firm, classic tannins. This is a full-bodied and austere red wine compared to a younger Barolo. The grapes fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit characteristics, and the wine aged, also in stainless steel, for a brief time before its release in bottle.
