Oyster River's Morphos Pet-Nat is a a dry white pet-nat that has expressive citrus and orchard fruit, perfumed aromatics, lemon curd, lime zest, and brioche from the mid-palate through to the finish. Light frizzante bubbles and vibrant acidity lend a lively light texture that makes this an easy sip. Oyster River winery is based out of Warren Maine and purchases their grapes from upstate New York, especially around the Finger Lakes.
