Silver Thread Vineyard, Pétillant Naturel Seneca Lake

Silver Thread Vineyard's Pétillant Naturel Seneca Lake is a vibrant blend of red and white grapes that expresses a diverse range of fruit and characteristics–from strawberry to red apple, berry, and dried herbs. The vinification was in stainless steel and oak barrels, the latter giving the wine a hint of toasted brioche on the finish. The racy acidity works harmoniously with the light effervescence tap-dancing along the palate.
