The estate's wine project began in 2016, when Agrivar planted a mix of native and international varieties on the Varignana hills. Fifty-seven hectares of vineyard sit within more than 650 hectares that also hold a three-thousand-square-meter kitchen garden, an orchard, and a rare saffron planting. The vines grow in a natural amphitheater with a distinct microclimate, where badland formations of blue clay and yellow sand lend structure and elegance; alongside the internationals they grow Albana, Famoso, Pignoletto, Sangiovese, and Malbo Gentile, with the vineyard converting to organic. The estate's own framing is Mediterranean influence tempered by a continental setting, with east-west row orientation maximizing sun.
