Terre Del Barolo Gavi

Terre del Barolo is a cooperative founded in Castiglione Falletto in 1958 by Arnaldo Rivera, and one of the most historic still working in Piedmont — a collaborative structure that lets them price well below estate-bottled equivalents. Gavi is grown across eleven communes on chalky, limestone-rich clay, and the best examples are delicately floral with stone fruit and citrus and a crisp mineral finish, almost always unoaked and made in temperature-controlled stainless.
