Vincent Richard Côtes du Jura Poulsard

Vincent Richard Côtes du Jura Poulsard is a dry red wine that expresses earthy characteristics like tinges or iron and flint before softening to floral violet notes, wild damson plum, and cherry. It is a medium-bodied wine that expresses firm tannins alongside medium-acidity. This is a perfect meat and cheese wine: one can easily imagine sipping this wine after a day's hike in the Alps.

The grapes were hand-picked in September before undergoing a 13-day maceration in stainless steel tanks. The aging occured in the same tanks to preserver the fruity character bestowed by the grapes.
