Antichi Vigneti di Cantalupo Agamium Colline Novaresi 2023

This is a dry red wine, a unique lighter style of Nebbiolo from the high elevation reaches of Alto-Piemonte. It expresses aromas of sweet red berries, rose petals, potpourri, fresh wildflowers, subtle orange peel, anise, pepper, and earth; and the palate is shows crisp, just ripened red fruit, racy acidity, fine-grained minerals, and well-integrated tannin. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel, and the wine aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months.
