Denthis Lost Skin Contact

Denthis Lost Skin Contact is a dry Roditis orange wine that is floral and honeyed and expressive of green grapes, melon, and lime peel; the finish is saline and fresh, buttressed by vibrant acidity. This is a medium-bodied white wine, whose texture is smooth slightly oily. The fermentation lasted in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 20-30 days. The wine then aged on its fine lees for up to 3 months with periodic bâtonnage to build texture and light creaminess. It was bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Food Pairing: raw oysters, clams, sushi, lox with capers, grilled coastal fish, roasted poultry, light pastas, Mediterranean salads, fresh cheeses.
