Field Recordings Posie Pet Nat

Andrew Jones of Field Recordings is one of California's most adventurous winemakers and, by his own reckoning, the state's largest pét-nat producer. Posie is his Cabernet Franc-based rosé pét-nat — whole cluster Cab Franc is macerated for just six hours before pressing, then cold-fermented with native yeast and bottled before fermentation completes to capture natural effervescence. The result is lively, dry, and full of personality: Oxnard Plains strawberries, fresh rosemary, sourdough, and a hint of jade citrus. No sulfites added.
