Valerie Courreges Orange Antibulle

Valerie Courreges Orange Antibulle is dry orange (skin contact) Pet-Nat that has a silky texture intertwining with the light effervescence. There is a balance between vibrant acidity and roundness: green apple, wet stone, white flowers, lime, peaches and cream, and salinity, all harmoniously play together through the lingering finish. Valerie is a talented winemaker who makes Vermentino excel as a standout grape. The wine was vinified based on the vineyards to allow fermentation with indigenous yeasts specific to each vineyard plot. Fermentation and aging were in small concrete tanks; aging was on the fine lees.

Food Pairing: Popcorn, potato chips, appetizers, cheese plates, unctuous pasta and seafood dishes with a white sauce, fried chicken.
