Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery sits in Hunmanby on the Yorkshire coast, where the Wolds meet the North Sea, and Filey Bay is the first single malt whisky ever made in Yorkshire. The Flagship is the distillery's core expression and calling card: made entirely from estate-grown barley, matured in carefully selected first-fill ex-bourbon casks, and built using a fractional blending system that has been evolving since 2020.
