Il Mostro Terre di Chieti Frizzante Ragana Bianco is dry lightly sparkling wine that exhibits notes of lime zest, lemon, and ripe pear on the nose. The finish is clean and zippy with sourdough yeast and stone fruit notes intertwining. It was vinified in stainless steel, and bottled unfiltered and unfined.
