Knewitz Appenheim Rheinhessen Grüner Silvaner Trocken

The Knewitz Appensheim Rheinhessen Grüner Silvaner Trocken is a dry white wine from the Rheinhessen that is expressive of both white floral and apple characteristics; herbs and fennel seed characteristic run along the center palate. The ample acidity and backbone of minerality make this a structured wine that expresses playful tension with the fruit. If you're looking for a wine to pair with spicy foods, then this is your gem.

Food Pairings: spicy Asian food, asparagus, white fish, bietter greens, fennel and apple salad, Thai or Vietnamese dishes.
