Pops' Pop's White 2024

Pops' Pop's White is a a dry white wine that is an unconventional blend of French and Swiss white grapes: Petite Arvine, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Aligoté. The wine is aromatic with light herbs and mineral tones intertwining with crisp green apple, citrus and pear. The palate is layered with lemon and tangerine, with sage herbal notes running along the vibrant finish. The grapes were co-fermented in stainless steel, creating a nuanced and fresh California blend.
