Produttori di Manduria is the oldest active wine cooperative in Puglia, now representing 400 small growers, and the juice here is fermented and aged entirely in stainless to preserve freshness. Fiano is better known from Campania, but it thrives in the heel of Italy too, and this is the unshowy, well-priced version.
