Domaine Pelaquie Tavel Rosé

A wonderfully aromatic, punchy, and flavorful blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre from Tavel, made from the Saignée method. Tavel is usually much more expensive, but Luc Pélaquié wanted to produce something affordable so that a Tavel rosé could be enjoyedas an accessible wine. The grapes are all hand-harvested and de-stemmed, then macerated for a few hours before being pressed. Generous is the word to describe this wine: it gives so much and it's produced by a generous Vigneron!
