A fun, fresh rosé that expresses brambly fruit, raspberry, blueberry, and some spice. The wines are juicy and are perfect as an affordable mid-week pick-me-up or to crush on the weekend with friends.

The grapes for the Skull Wine Company are sourced from family-owned vineyards that focus on organic farming. They were hand-harvested and went straight to direct press, and then fermented in a combination of cement and stainless steel. The wine aged for 4 months in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. Skull Wines is a collaboration by two friends Patrick Cappiello and Pax Mahle. Patrick was once a sommelier at the Tribeca Grill, and later, in 2018, studied winemaking under the intrepid winemaker Pax Mahle (the latter owns Pax Winery with his wife).
