The level of elegance in this wine is very different from most wines from this region. Balanced in fresh red fruit, bright acidity, and silky tannins.
Biodynamic viticulture with ploughing. Single spur pruning (guyot) and bush vines (gobelet). Hand harvested and whole cluster maceration for 8 to 12 days. Natural yeasts. No fining. Clarifying filtration before bottling.
