Clear, light yellow color with green shades. Citrus bouquet on the nose with grapefruit, lemon, and a green notes of fresh grass. Rich and ripe on the palate it fills the mouth and cleans it at the end with it's freshness, given by its great acidity. Selection of organic Vespaiolo grapes. Spontaneously fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tank for 3 months and additional 6 months resting with the fine lees.
